A Business Director is required by a highly respected Dorset based Integrated Marketing Agency with an exciting FMCG client base. Future share holding option a possibility for the right candidate.

Based in Bournemouth, this role will see you working with this prestigious agency's list of established clients and leading the new business strategy to drive agency growth. This is a hands-on role for a dynamic and focused individual, with excellent leadership and new business acquisition skills as well as a clear passion for marketing within the FMCG sector.
 
The Business Director will be responsible for the management and development of the agencies growth strategy both through existing and new business. The role assumes an ability to interact at a senior level with clients to develop the strategic direction of the business and to manage the client portfolio. Responsibilities at this level also include the ability to run a new business pitch from strategy through to presentation.
 
The successful candidate will oversee the successful development and delivery of innovative and influential work. You will ensure that all clients receive fantastic support and that business objectives are met.

- Track record of great leadership

- Extensive experience within a creative, advertising or marketing environment

- Proven track record in new business acquisition and retention

- FMCG experience across brands and retailers

- Employee management and motivation

- Outstanding communications skills
