This successful Warwickshire based integrated creative communications agency specialising in marketing, advertising, design and digital are seeking an experienced Account Manager.

Role summary
 
This is a busy role that requires a proactive approach to pro-actively retain and develop a number of high profile clients.
 
The role requires meticulous attention to detail, organisation and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic office environment. The role will suit a creative thinker who is capable of creating innovative solutions to problems and challenges.
 
Strong relationship management and communication skills are essential as is the ability to work on many jobs at a time, without compromising on quality or meeting deadlines.
 
This role is an exciting fast passed position, which will require strategic and creative thinking.
 
Key Skills
 
•  Organisation and time management skills

•  Ability to lead a project using own initiative and working as part of a team

•  Ability to quickly understand client needs and ensure the brief is met

•  Ability to co-ordinate external suppliers and manage relationships as both client and service provider

•  Highly developed relationship/communication skills and the ability to deliver client satisfaction

•  Strong knowledge of digital, print and production

•  Excellent attention to detail

•  Flexible approach to problem solving

•  The ability to work towards defined KPI’s and understanding of data analysis

•  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and presentation experience
