South coast based creative agency are seeking a New Business Manager / Director to join their Bournemouth office.

This is a senior position and offers a fantastic opportunity to work with exciting brands and a diverse product mix. This opening will play a critical and pivotal role in helping the company achieve its long term vision through driving business development.

The Role
As New Business Manager/Director it will be your responsibility to develop and implement a pro-active and flexible new business strategy that delivers against the company’s objectives. You’ll have responsibility for identifying targets, generating leads, developing proposals and winning new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Developing and delivering a tactical new business strategy, identifying prospect lists and ensuring that all prospects are handled and managed effectively.
Pitch management.
Ensure that marketing collateral is at it’s very best and up to date to support the new business strategy.
Take overall responsibility for the new business budget.

The Candidate:
The successful candidate for this role will need to have significant experience in a similar agency role and have a proven winning track record.
