gr8 Recruitment is headed by Steve Cooper who worked as a Designer/Artworker for over 15 years before moving into recruitment and has experience of many areas of the business. gr8 offer an honest, genuine service and listen to what you are looking for and find matching permanent and freelance candidates to relevant creative agencies and organisations.

We believe that gr8 offer the best value recruitment service available when you join our gr8 membership scheme.

It's easy to see how can save a fortune with gr8. If you recruit several people in a year advertising costs alone could be more then joining gr8! After you've paid your membership fee you can recruit as many people as agreed for a permanent fee of 8%

The placement bands are as follows:

gr8 Annual membership fees

• 1 - 5 placements @ £595
• 6 - 20 @ £995
• 21+ @ £1,995

gr8 can also recruit at a fixed non-negotiable fee of 15% with no membership fee. Please ask for standard T&C's.

Freelance

gr8 can help ease your busy times with a freelancer, whether it is for 1 day or 6 months+. We always have selection of reliable experienced freelancers across the board often who have freelanced for us many times before. For your convenience the majority of our creative and studio freelancers are self employed so they can bill you directly, for an agreed hourly/daily rate with our charges billed separately. Permanent

If you join the gr8 membership scheme you be invoiced immediately for the membership fee and we only charge you a placement fee when a candidate introduced by gr8 starts with you permanently. Please call or e-mail for a full copy of our T & C's. We don't charge for placing vacancies on our website or in our generic advertising. However if you require us to handle specific assignment for you, advertising will be charged at our discounted cost price.
